Why I picked it up and why I couldn’t put it down: I was reading another librarian’s blog (so sorry, I forgot whose!) and this book was raved about. I enjoyed watching these “misfit” teens fall in love over the shared pages of comic books.
Who will like this? John Greene fans, books that don’t showcase “perfect” and “incredibly beautiful” main characters. Mature readers: some vulgar words (mostly used by antagonists), sexuality, dysfunctional family dynamics, and mild violence.
